Terms & Conditions

Purchases via Post or Telephone

We accept payment by Paypal and U.K. sterling cheque (payable to ANDREW NEALE please). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling

All books are sent well packed to minimise the chance of damage while in transit.

Delivery Schedule

We normally despatch orders as soon as they are received. Orders in the UK are normally received in 3 business days. International orders are usually received in 5 to 10 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Should you receive a book from us that is faulty in some way or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with full details. If the book is a new one we will usually replace it at our expense, although if not in stock there may be a small delay until fresh stock arrives. If the book is secondhand we will agree appropriate compensation with you, as in these cases providing a replacement may not be possible.
However please note that it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ascertain that a book’s contents provide what they require before purchasing it and no returns are accepted in these circumstances.
